The Pain Point
Running a content agency means producing reels, constantly, for multiple clients. But each reel was a project in itself: different tools, different team members, manual hand-offs at every step.
Where it was breaking down:
- AI clip generation, video editing, captioning, and posting all happened in separate tools with no connection
- An entire team had to coordinate just to get a single reel out.
- Scaling client output meant scaling headcount, there was no other way. Or you compromise on quality.
- Timely posting across every platform, with right platform specific captions is difficult for clients running businesses in different timezones.
- Tracking what was posted, and what it cost had no central home
- Each client's content style and context had to be re-briefed every single time.
The Solution
I built a complete social media machine: a system where a brief goes in once and published reels are posted on automation, with no human in between. From context to caption to post, fully automated.
How it works:
- Admin sets up each client business once, answering context questions that inform every piece of content
- Reel types are assigned per client (Explainers, HeyGen integrated, UGC Talking head, Slideshow, etc.) and campaigns are created with name, description, visuals, and schedule.
- AI video model (Veo 3.1, Gemini Flash, etc.) and voice (ElevenLabs) are selected per campaign. Full creative control, no manual editing
- At the scheduled time, the system generates the reel scene by scene, edits it end-to-end, and posts it to connected social media platforms
- Optimised captions and hashtags are generated and published automatically alongside every reel.
- The business user gets their data on their dashboard. Admin gets all.
