When they came to me, their film producer relationship expert Sigrid was overburdened. She is responsible for attending both, the new and the existing film producers.

The Solution
Built a digital replica of Sigrid, that could reduce 90% of her workload.
Behind the scenes, it is running an intelligent AI model, talking in Spanish, with access to different tools to fulfill user requests appropriately.
- When the question is about the contract, Sigrid AI uses Vector Database to find the right answer.
- All the existing producer questions are routed to be used with the right data. Be it about their payments, film distribution details, or other charges.
- Sigrid AI interviews new film producers with set of qualifying questions conversationally, while storing all the answers in a database for the team to review.
- If it is not able to answer (even from the internet), it asks for their email ID, summarize the issue, and sends out an email to REAL SIGRID, with the email ID already put-on reply-to, so she can address them directly over the email.
